Is this a recruiting service?+
No. We don't contact colleges or promote your athlete. You get private feedback on where your athlete stands and what to improve.
How does the anonymity work?+
We remove your athlete's name, school and zip before any coach sees the film. You see each coach's level, not their name. That lets coaches be candid, and they never learn who your athlete is.
What happens after I pay?+
We check your film within one business week. If coaches can't evaluate it, we email you before any coach starts, and we either help you get better film or refund you in full. Then we remove identifying details, send the film to three coaches and email you the evaluation.
What kind of film do I need?+
A highlight tape. Position players: swings, defensive reps and a few game at-bats. Pitchers: pitches from the windup and the stretch. Use recent film where your ballplayer is easy to pick out. Our guides list every rep: hitters and position players · pitchers.
Do you evaluate both hitters and pitchers?+
Yes. Tell us the primary position when you sign up, and we match coaches who evaluate that position. For two-way players, send film of both and note it in the position field.
What age is this right for?+
Anywhere from 8th grade through senior year of high school. It works best in 10th and 11th grade. By then there is game film to evaluate, and there is still time to act on the feedback.
Who are the coaches?+
Active college coaches at D1, D2 and D3 programs. We verify each one. You see each coach's level, such as "D1 Assistant", but not their name.
Who sees my athlete's film and info?+
Our team and the three coaches assigned to your evaluation. The coaches see only the film and the position, with the name, school and zip removed. We don't share anything with colleges or post anything publicly.
What if I'm not happy with it?+
You can pay for an evaluation with another set of three coaches. We can't promise a particular projection. We do promise a careful evaluation.
Coaching college baseball? We pay $30 per evaluation. Takes 30 minutes or less. You never learn who the athlete is. Families never learn who you are. Apply to evaluate →
