For college coaches

Get paid to evaluate high school film.

We pay active college coaches $30 per evaluation. Takes 30 minutes or less. Do them whenever you have time.

You never learn who the athlete is. Families never learn who you are. You never contact anyone. This is not recruiting.

What you do

Watch the film

5–12 minutes of game or highlight film. The athlete's name and school are removed.

Record a voiceover

Record your screen and talk over the film for 5–10 minutes, giving your evaluation.

Fill out the scorecard

Share your projection, relevant skill grades, and any other notes on a quick scorecard.

Three coaches evaluate each athlete. You do not see the other two evaluations.

We use this to verify you and avoid conflicts. Families never see it.
Your bio page on your school's athletics site. We use it to verify you.

We'll check your staff page and email you within a few days. If it's a fit, we'll set up a 15-minute call. Families never see your details.

Questions

How many evaluations will I get?+
It depends on the sport and the season. We email you when there is film for you. You can take it or skip it.
Which sports are open?+
Baseball and men's soccer. Other sports are coming.
Do I see the other coaches' evaluations?+
No. Three coaches evaluate each athlete separately. Families are told the coaches may disagree.
How do I get paid?+
$30 per completed evaluation, by Venmo, usually within a week. If a payment is late, email us.
